This 115mm Wool Felt Flap Disc is a premium polishing tool designed to deliver a mirror-like finish on a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and high-gloss plastics. Featuring a standard 22.23mm bore, it is compatible with most 115mm angle grinders. Unlike standard abrasive discs, this flap disc is constructed with high-quality, compressed wool felt flaps that provide a soft yet durable contact surface. The layered flap design allows for better airflow and flexibility, ensuring the disc conforms to contoured surfaces and intricate workpieces without overheating or burning the material.

Engineered for use in the final stages of surface preparation, this wool felt disc is most effective when used in conjunction with polishing compounds or buffing pastes. The natural properties of the wool allow it to hold compounds evenly, providing a consistent and streak-free luster. The robust backing plate ensures stability at high speeds, making it an essential tool for metal fabricators, automotive restorers, and hobbyists seeking a professional, high-shine result on flat or curved surfaces.

Application:

• Dry or with polishing compound
• Metal polishing and buffing
• Stainless steel finishing
• Surface smoothing and shine enhancement
• Removal of fine surface marks
