These cutters are primarily designed to produce panel moulds on cabinet doors and drawer fronts in the furniture industry. Make beaded panels for any project by routing side by side grooves on the face of the panel.

The cutter is designed to be used with a stationary spindle moulder equipped with either a 3/4" or 1/2" spindle shaft.

The roman ogee profile router bit is designed for creating decorative mouldings or edge profiles. These cutters allow you to shape one concave and one convex shape. A bead over the top corner is possible when increasing the depth of cut.

Use this slot cutter where a groove (slot) is required on the side of wood with a specific set cutting height.

A special design straight router bit with a bottom cutter insert. Unlike common mortise bits, these bits feature a special overlapping centre carbide tip design which guarantees you a smooth and clean bottom cut. Ideal for cutting or cleaning out dadoes, cutting stair treads into risers, and putting stress relief on the back of mouldings. Great for making wood signs as well as removing paint or varnish.

The cutter is a type of cutter known as a counter-profile cutter. When properly aligned, it will allow two panels to join together without the use of a secondary cuttter. The F-profile assists with alignment during assembly and adds a greater glue surface, resulting in a stronger joint.
